I think Twitter is the more difficult to grow.
Facebook is really easy, Youtube relatively easy, but Twitter?

There isn't really an open/wide market for Twitter accounts...
For Instagram however, a 1M account would be $80-250k

as per my cost per followers on twitter ads, you'd have to spend about 10-20k euro to grow this audience via ads.
