How much does a 1 million people group is worth ?

I have an idea on getting a group with 1 million people on Facebook and i think it's quite possible to achieve it, if i manage to actually get to 1 million, how much could i sell it for, or would it be better to try to monetize it ?

If you're talking about the same one I've seen, though that was a legit fan page with a real website and everything. If it's just another BH page that will be eventually taken down it would be worth a lot less.

It was legit - i don't know what it was for but I saw the listing on CPA forums or somethign.

I think it totally depends on the business and whether the page is genuine, if it has a running business with cash flows etc, it can go for anywhere above 100k , again depending on the type of page, fan base etc.
