I have to disagree with Johnny, there are ways to get 100 youtube a/c for $9 , and PVA for about $19.

PVA stands for Phone Verified Account.

I usually get 100 non verified accounts for $14. But lately i've been creating my own. Takes less than 30 seconds to make one. Worth my time I guess.
