If you have a site with a bunch of pics that you saved from forums how much do you worry about copyright issues. If you own a site like this, how often do people contact you to take it down? Have they threatened legal action? Went through with it? Just wondering.

Most times if someone finds out that your using a copyrighted image, they will send you an email asking you to take the content down. Its not very often that legal action is going to be pursued against you, unless of course you decide to ignore the emails asking you to take down content.
Many times your hosting company will automatically take down the image because they don't want any lawsuits either.

Yes, I would worry about my funny pics... funny pics have tendency to get viral very easily. So, why should I don't get credit for those pics for my website? Why someone else gets credit for them?
