You need a group of minimum 2 people to make it special. Generally any kind of interesting celebration takes two or more. Hardcore fun is what it is. Our daily lives are so alone and repetitive usually that it's worth to make a gathering at least few times a year.
Nobody special around, so nobody will make it special.
