Before selling a game, you need to show earning proof, traffic, downloads, etc. It will be a bit difficult trying to sell something without these. However, if you see a buyer, they will price it ridiculously low.
You should try getting more downloads, and integrate any earning program into it. So you can show the buyer and they'll see how possible it is, to increase the earnings.

If the game has good graphics, and a creative concept, you can manage to sell it as a starter package, with no downloads or earnings, If you believe you have the stamina to properly market the game, I suggest you keep working on it for a year at least, collect good reviews & a user base of fans, and earnings will follow, then you'll make more selling it.

if you have 40 to 60 daily downloads seems is a really good game, but how long does it takes to complete the game? what type of game is? is an infinite on going type of game? how many characters are in game? is there any type of customization? is PVP or PVE or PVPVE?
