How much do you think I could sell my site for?

Hey guys,

So this is my first time selling a website, so I want to make sure I don't underprice it, or overprice it.

I will give as much detail as I can below without giving away the website.

- Car insurance niche
- Ranks on Page 1, Position 9 for main keyword
- Keyword has 155,000,000 results on Google
- Keyword receives 2,500 searches a month
- Domain is 9 years old
- 200 uniques a month

Site does not have any revenue at the moment.

Anybody have a guess of how much I could sell it for?

you should really monetize it.

if you try and say you were just to lazy to monetize it and had other projects. they'll think somethings wrong with the site itself and it can't make money.. so monetize it.. wait a month or 2 so you have some results showing it can make money. even if it's not much. seeing that it is bringing in some type of income no matter how low will give people more hope for the website. then you can throw in the.. I didn't really monetize it that well just threw this up but as you can see it is bringing in some money.. so if you spend more time it can be an earner. just too busy with other projects to be fucked.
