I was wondering on how much do you pay for content on a monthly basis (all sites, everything combined) and what's the rate you are paying for every 1000 words.

I'll start with mine, it's somewhere between $5/1000.

I spend over $100 a month on SEO research tools when research kw / topic targets for my blog posts
In terms of the actual content itself, I spend $0 since I write all my own materials
I spend $50 on a VA to input my posts to my blog network though (includes finding pictures and tagging)
I spend an extra $100 on a VA to post my stuff on Reddit, Pinterest group boards, Twitter (with hashtag) etc

I've tried a lot of the article services over the years, and have never been completely satisfied with the quality of content provided. So, now I don't bother buying it. But, I do use tools to help me pull content together...so although I spend $0 I've spent probably $500+ in tools over the last couple of years or so.

That's great !!

Hows the quality at that price
below average. I optimise/edit it before posting so works for me.

What tools do you use

About $500 a month atm :weep:

I've spend about 920$ in content in March for 5 projects i'm work on atm. Avg rate is about 30$/1000 words, but that is nice quality content written by people involved in niches that i'm woking in so that is not too much as i think
+ 120$ on semrush to search ideas and analyse competitors with keyword gap tool

Depends On the Quaility of content.. But less than 30$

I've already spent a lot on content writting & continuously spending...

were did you get your VA that posts to your blog And finds images and such? I’m trying to find someone who can do this for me, as I get Behind posting content sometimes.

I have minimal expense on content since I write it on most of my sites. The bigger money is the SEO researcher tool (cca. $30) and the SERP service which improves my ranking (cca. $180).
