What I would spent money on in your case is some brand and keyword research to know what niches within your reach are low competitor ones, so you can get actual traffic.

I also made a thread on how I get rank1-3 for high diff keywords with brand new domains, so anything can happen with domains

Look at the market place, get review copies, analyze it for your own needs, doesn’t work in any other way.

This month I spent $2 on backlinks. I see the traffic is 0. Then I make quality articles. And I have backlinks from pinterest,uhive, Facebook, I don't dare to use blog comments because of the latest Google algorithm updates
