I usually only interact with highly relevant conversations on Reddit for my projects. I see some other marketers will often engage more broadly in their niche, though it seems a ton of work. My traffic that I get from Reddit is high converting as a result, but I struggle to scale it.
How often do you usually post on Reddit?
And what is your process to identify where to post? Manually or with a tool? I use a social listening tool, to find when people mention my keywords, then I just engage in those posts and usually drop a relevant link. I first tried f5bot for that, but now use redmonitor.io, as it's catching more mentions. As the conversations are so relevant, that has never gotten me banned from a subreddit. But the few times when I went broad it didnt work well for me.
