How much do you guys pay your article writer per day/hour or monthly?

And how many words should I expect them to be able to write

Obviously a quality and well researched article - I just want a rough idea before trying to hire someone.

I do article writing. I do gigs for $5 for 500 aka $1.00 per 100 words. Most people on Fiverr do the same. I know others that write articles for lower.
