I don't mean like the writers or the content in General. Just how much it usually costs you to manage your website. Stuff like Hosting, Domain and certificate.

As little as possible, as much as required. I have a big graveyard of domains that I never used though. Really bad habit. Also, certificates are free. Don't pay for your certs.

domains cost between $0.99 and $50+ per year
hosting costs between $0 and $100+ per month
certificates (SSL I assume that you mean) are usually free, but some hosting providers (Namecheap, for example) will charge you $8-9 per year, per site

So, you can "manage" your site for as little as few bucks per year (if you find good offers and depending on which TLD you choose for your domain), or for as high as several $100s per year, or even per month if your needs are high and strict (which is not the case if you only have a small site / biz)

I buy domains from Namecheap, so domain + privacy for what ever it costs (changes by TLD).
Hosting I usually get a vps from Vultr (1-3 sites on each one) which is $6-$12 a month.
SSL certs are free with CyberPanel.

If you are running WordPress and don't want to pay $$$$ on plugins and themes, use Festinger.

It is different for each project. Some projects which I target ling term, I take hosting for 3 years together. Most of these projects fail but those which success cover all losses.
