How much do you pay freelancers/VA's to format wordpress blog posts?

Appologies if this is not the right place to ask a question. I'm not sure under which section it belongs to.

Anyway, I have very little free time, compared to a time needed to progress faster in putting more content on a website. I already hired a couple of writters but do the formating myself, which I would like to outsource to speed things up.

Do you guys have any tips on how to organize the whole process as I have never given access to my websites to outside party?

Also, how was your experience overall when you started hiring people to format your blog posts?
