Different experts charge different rate for making video in after effects. My rate is 2$ per hour for this regard.

mostly its depend upon the work load and style of video, charges are from 10$ to 100$ per minute to per hour.

It depends on the size of your client's wallet.

If it is a company with a decent size bankroll, hit them with a higher price.
