what offers are you promoting with your niche website, how do you get traffic to niche site?
I'm currently making about 5000/month with Amazon associate program, I've driven all traffic to my website using SEO solely (more details: using my own PBNs). So my advice for those who wanna make serious money is : start building your own PBN to rank for everything. My niche sites has decent amounts of traffics like 200-500 daily. I promote Amazon products, although not enough success yet.

Some of my sites have tens of articles, some have hundreds.Impressive! How many articles do you have on your site? I'm just starting my first niche site with the idea to review products and link to Amazon - I haven't explored PBNs yet though
Yeah, you'd loose all the power of those linksif google finds out about your pbn, can they derank your money website?

Why? It's actually really easy to manage once you get the hang of it.
Yes, PBN works well, no doubt on that. But they are risky, expensive and hard to maintain as well :-(
Thanks for the reference. To be honest, I'm really trying to figure out a way to move from PBN links. Rather than doing PBN, my goal is to get a link from authority sites like (Google Approved News sites, Personal Blogging sites etc). I know these is harder than PBN for the first time, but once I've my sources, then I believe they'll more powerful rather than PBN and of course safe from Google penalty. It's really not, though. Expensive, at first, yes. You can also use this site to manage your PBN: https://www.easyblognetworks.com/
