I am looking to get into article writing. I am wondering how much potential is there to earn a decent income? What sites hold the most reputation as payperpost? Where else would you be able to find writing gigs?

I wanna blog about weed!

And you're better off starting a MNS and building up the content over time. The most you can earn is a few hundred a month for an article, and you'd have to put a lot of effort into promoting it if you did. You're better off starting a site on a subject your interested about and just write about that.

Helping: I am actually doing that but on my site I am making close to nothing.

Then learn how to monetize it, or find a more popular interest. Trust me that's the best way to earn money online, I've wasted a lot of time on article writing sites.

Trust me the topic of my site is a highly interested topic. And I have monetized it with adsense and yepty and etc. I get 1000+ views but like 6-15 clicks a day.

Only if you want to make peanuts. Even their top tier writers don't make what I would consider decent money.

If you are a good writer, the earning potential is very nice. The key is that you really have to be a good writer. I'm not talking just decent grammar and spelling, either. You need to be able to write stuff that people actually enjoy reading. I'm not on the high end of the pay scale and I get from $25 to $50 average per a 500 word article. I hardly ever write articles for others, though, as other types of writing bring a much better rate, such as press releases or white papers.

I rarely write for others now, but I had no problems earning a decent full-time living when I did it as my main income. I did that for several years, but finally got to the point where I was ready to pursue using my writing to earn directly through websites, product creation, etc.

i earn about 5$ per day
