I was curious how much you guys normally quote larger clients?

Most of the small businesses for me range between 400-600 on a per month basis (CAD). However, I could possibly land a very big fish in a competitive market, and I was curious what you guys quote your bigger clients (if you do SEO for a living for others)?

1K minimum/monthly. Unless it's something I am very confident in. Most of the US companies I know making money/having a sales team/ actively marketing ETC begin there. Most small campaigns end up 1-3K, large (national) are 3-4+/monthly. Hope that helps.
