About two years ago when I looked into advertising through (established) CPA networks the minimum monthly budget they required was $5-10k.
This may easily have changed by now, though, so your best bet is to drop them an e-mail or call them and find it out yourself!

There's nothing about monthly/yearly price/budget on their website. I have sent them an email (12-14) days ago and there's still no reply from them. Try emailing them, maybe you're lucky and you'll get their reply.

Oh.....That's bad news...
The problem you'd quickly be facing is:
a) If your campaign is pay-per-sale then your product / pitch page / pricing needs to be very attractive to get decent affiliates promoting it.
b) If your campaign is pay-per-lead then obviously, you need to have a great way to monetize those leads and if you fail to do so then you'll end up losing lots of money.
Thanks for the feedback - I understand all of that.
What is the potenial threat of losing money then, the fact that the 'buyer' may want a refund I suppose?
What is stopping one of us from writing an e-book about a subject and selling it for $50 and someone else doing all the work to sell that?
If the only object in the way is that CJ want you to commit to $5000 then I am sure we can spin a profit quickly?

the advertise fee will be expensive....I think.
We are thinking of joining CJ but don't know the details...... they don't reply our emails...
What sort of email address are you emailing from? I have noticed that with larger companies they often will ignore emails from hotmail/gmail and the like.

If your really from China yes go ahead and look as professional as possible. When I joined about 2 years ago I just told them I was interested in affiliate marketing. I did have a website at the time.
In my experience there is a far greater chance of a response. *Generally* speaking, professionals do not email from a gmail account.
