I'm thinking of sending out DM's directly to scraped users in my niche it looks like mailing lol.
But which delay and how many DM's per day to stay under the radar since I'm promoting CPA offers

Nobody answered my question, I know how to do mass DM but I need to know how many DMs a day is safe? Can I simply do 250/day or go with 100/day or even less ?
