Around $30. All the way back in 2004. Aged 13.
Setup a paid forum posting website (it was awful), and started making sales within a few weeks.
Still some of the proudest money I've ever made. It set me on a course for life.

I think I managed to make my first money online more than a decade ago writing on a platform where revenue was shared with the posters. But that was beer money.
I think I invested something like a thousand bucks into my first serious project that helped me make a living for a few years.

Maybe you had spent a few bucks on a domain or something, or were you just offering your services by email without even having a website like a total madlad?

Hardly any money, but lots of blood, sweat and tears. It has not been easy, but it has been (most of the time) fun and worth it.

At first, all I had to do was work hard (not smart). it was just a free Gmail account and crazy outreach mate. I wasn’t overthinking it... just needed to get started, no excuses. And I absolutely had to.
Later, when I made a bit of money, I got a domain and built a website myself (it was pretty bad
). But even with that, I made more money before eventually hiring someone to redesign it and give it a premium feel.
