Since reviewing my site in October and bringing in a new site manager we've brought in over 13k in sales focusing on customer relations. My biggest advice is constantly review what you can do to find new markets and update logistics in anyway you can to be more efficient.

Started in February of 2012 and the first few months were hundreds only. Total was around $20k or so. Luckily most will be tax deductible as it went to tuition, rent, and I did a fair amount of community service.
The main issue was passivity. I am working on a few projects that should help me to make more while doing less. Now THAT is what we should measure

Just made $ 6689.38 with affiliate programs (linkshare) and roughly $25k for adsesne for this year, $0.00 adsense to start with because G kicked my ars

With offline work 5.5k/month where you take time for working online? In what is the deal?
Started doing serious IM this year after my grad and made $XX,XXX.I haven't calculated the amount yet but will do before filling the Taxes.
Most of the earning were from Affiliate Marketing,Social Media Services and Adsense.
