so when making a new adword acc ive made most with $140-200 daily spend the acc has a review like normal but i always use up the budget and get another acc review on increasing so i tryed making a fresh acc with $700 daily budget it passed and that day i used about 600 of it im thinking about making another acc with a 2k daily budget should that pass like normal or is it to high and will adwords ask for some sort of id or just ban me how much is the max limit you can use when making a fresh acc?

There is no spending limit as such, but yes you will get reviewed every time you make any changes to the campaign this is very true if your account has already been flagged as a high risk one.

You're only supposed to make one account or it's called double serving under Adwords rules.
