If you harvested public proxy lists and (I am guessing) didn't verify them to any useable degree, probably around $1 if you can find someone who doesn't want to take the time to compile your list.
If you verified/filtered them then probably a bit more, it really depends on the quality of the proxies and many other factors.

as a proxy harvester guy of 10 yrs, you will never get 62k live public
proxies, not today, tomorrow or next Christmas, it is a known fact that
at any one time on the net the average live list of a bunch of scraped
public proxies is 5k or there a bout's.
if like me you port scan public proxies
that can not be scraped, it will be slightly higher but not much, the only
difference being a url scraper can not collect port scanned proxies.
the only possible way to get that many live proxies in 1 go is a botnet
a bunch of compromised pcs infected with malware to be under control
of 1 user for such things as fraud/spam.
my guess is you scraped 62k proxies, haven't tested them or the list would
be 5k live or less. this also shows you dont no what your doing no offense
+ 5k pubic proxies will be dead in an hr or so because everyone else out
there SCRAPING proxies will have access to exactly the same proxies you
scraped but didnt test
