How much could I get for my app?

Have an original and useful app idea. I can't build apps, so I want to sell. It is an app whose main users would be app developers, and app reviewers. I can't explain any more, please do not ask me for the actual idea. How much could I get for the raw idea. I could create a logo, mock-ups, app icon website and social media accounts, but not the actual app. How much could I get?

I also have another 2 original ideas, and if the first one sells I would sell another and use the money to fund the creation of the third.

Well I think if you can't code you are lost. The idea alone will get you nothing. Because there are alot of app developers who have ideas themselves and why should they buy your idea?
So if you really think your idea is that great you should pay an app developer to create the app and then sell the app and make money out of that.

Thanks, so I understand building the app is the first step, I have just realised there are cheap services on fiverr so I will head there and have it built. How much will it be worth when I build it? Take into account I will have the website, logo, app icon ect. developed as well?

Yeah without knowing how to code your idea is pretty much useless. sorry mate
