I have one 12 years old and still building and doing great business

Cost to build from hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars - how long is a piece of string, depends on the spec

Good ones with all the amenities start at around $7000

anything cheaper..... and you will have no chance of competing.

When people travel.... they are very visual... and picky..
