How much content to put out on Instagram?

Yo!
Just looking for advice on how many posts per day is best for growing an IG acc. I've been doing 2-3 which is working well. Fitness industry. Trying to work out what works best.

It depends on how many followers you have
.quality is better than quantity.If you have give good content will post 5 to 10
 
It depends on the quality of your account, with 1 account with good participants, you can post 5-7 posts a day.
 
You have to know when your followers are active and that's the right moment to post 1 to 5
 
I used upload 2 posts. During the morning hours. (targeting the people who goes to work while using the phone) and during the evening. When people return. Because That's the peak hours of most of my local accounts. I would suggest you to monitor your followers behaviors and upload them because this method still works.
 
I do 4 posts a day, sometimes five. I think this is the golden mean
 
That should be fine and your accounts won't be blocked without a warning if you over do it. But don't do it though as it can bring you black spots. Start monitoring your audience. Good luck!
 
It used to be 2-3 posts for me but lately, i post 5-7 posts a day and it works better so give it a try

Check when your followers are most active and try to keep it round about the same time every day. But for me it depends on the accounts I am growing how often I post.
 
Try different variations and see what is working for you the best.
 
The point is not how much post , I think the most important part is timing and post quality. If you doing these two point great, 3-7 is work for me.
 
Switch to business accounts to unlock analytics and you will have results to check how your posts perform. If all of them are highly engaged at different hours of day with different hashtags, than keep the same pace, if not reassess and retest different times of day/sets of hashtags
 
i use 3 post a day on my daily inspiration account ( i share contains from other account) and 1 post on my personal account ( because i share my creation , i don't have enough contains to post everytime)
 
I post mainly 3 post a day, around 30min-1h before the peak times

I'm trying new stuff out. The main thing behind this idea to post right before peak times is that you will get an organic boost when the post hits the peak time, for example 6 PM. Sorry for the bad explanation, but I do not remember which thread I read this about as well :)
