How much comment karma do big NSFW subs need?

I am finding it hard time to post to big NSFW subs due to karma restrictions.

Post karma is easy but I am having problems with comment karma as it seems even 150 comment karma isn't enough.

Depends, usually in my own experience they aim anything from 5 to 100 or even more.
As more and more sophisticated bots emerge, moderators tend to increase the minimum karma needed, which can lead to some absurd requirements.

I have figured out that r/nsfw needs at least 4 months old acc (could be less but my acc is 4 months) and 1k post karma and 500 comment karma.

Depends. Nsfw ones require 200 tops while SFW ones require 1 or sometimes 2 K

find other people doing what youre doing. and monitor what subs they're posting in. there are free tools online that you can input a username and it outputs their volume in subreddits by frequency.
usually i encountered 10-100. comment karma. and 1mo+ old acc. regular karma is easy to farm once you start posting in some adult boards. repost an old "top of all time pic" a few time and you'll get 10k+ karma fast.
