How much charges Google Playstore for every App sale.

I only could find about in-app sales where Google takes a 30% charge. But what if I sale one app for $10, does Google also takes 30% from App download sales?

when withdraw I also get charges fee, just my experience last month wd $5 get $1 in my bank. anyone same here?

What I know is they also do automatic goverment taxes. But 1$ is really low.
