Is it just me that think like 99% of IM projects don't require a lot of investment?
CPA - Spam social media with automation, can be scaled to 1000$'s/day
Affiliate - SEO targeting low comp keywords, maybe pay for content, but 200+ articles should be able to generate about 1000$/month (presuming they're low search volume)
Ads - SEO targeting low comp keywords again, this time you'll have larger search volume but still low comp, doesn't require much $$$ besides a bit of content and backlinks can be built for free
Freelancing - Learn some skills and $70k can be made per year "easily"
Paid Ads - Could generate startup money with free traffic, if you know what you're doing it's an instant positive ROI
This is just some of the things you can do to make money online ofc, you do see a trend though; SEO is definitely the one that can be the most costly. Although it can all be done for a small investment of like 10$/month for hosting.
Things like gambling SEO etc will of course be more costly, but the same amount of money can be made with less investment.
As everyone else are saying - could make $70k/year with 0$ investment, or $1M investment for $0/year.

For those sorts of returns based on those sorts of investments i use media buying.

Personally, I reached it with 5k yearly investments which means 300 to 500 USD investments...
But I invested my time too & my experience + a little bit of luck...

Really depends on how fast you are wanting to get to that dollar amount. Also how much you know that system inside and out. I know a few guys that can do it for next to nothing. While others will spend almost as much as they make to get to that number.

What type of monetization are you referring to regarding testing?
What is your area or knowledge in IM?
So trial and error basically till you learn something you feel you can leverage?
I was thinking display ads and amazon affiliate.

It all boils down to your method of revenue generation. If you are doing what everyone is doing then the loopholes are sure to be patched. Just like how everyone jumped on Insta and Shopify 3 years ago.

In my opinion, this section really required much research, effort, and time than the amount of money. You can start with a low budget website or start with a massive budget.
