How old is your account?
tbh man your account age and activities matters a lot if it's new you can do 1 post a day and upload reels which give you significant boost,trust me your reach will increase within a month.

Apparently IG allows you to do 100 posts at 1 time, however, you need to understand your audience, how many post they would like to see?
If you try too many, they got annoyed with you then they will unfollow.
I think the acceptable numbers for a start should be about 3, then gradually build till 5 per day...
