How much can you make by freelance programming/coding a month?

I earn depending on projects and work per month. Lets say one project can be 500$ and other can be 2k$. And depending on how many work I take per month. But I get great amount since I am living from freelancing.

Your knowledge and practice are mandatory to the success of freelancing, but your reputation at freelancing sites is important too.
Those people got the biggest jobs, they could be better or worse than you but they have tons of successes backing them, so the hiring person will most likely choose them before you. As said this does not do all the work but is a considerable part of the work.
This means, at the start, you will have to deal with being unknown and the need to collect reviews from well-done jobs.

it's very individual for everyone. If you are going to do website layout, web presentation, then you will get fairly good results per month. you can also create your own projects, applications, and this will be interesting as a permanent income

It depends on the country you live in and the kind of contract you have.
In the Netherlands I get paid EUR. 12-13k per month / 40 hours a month. I need to visit my customer once in 2 weeks. Most other customers require you to be in the office every week for at least 2 days.
If you have a greencard, you can work in the USA as an ICT professional. You get paid compareble amounts of salary as an employee.
If I would offer my services only on Fiverr or Upwork, I would never get this salary.
You can also make more money if you start working with multiple developers.
That would make you more something like an agency of course, but that way you could also scale up your business.
