How much can you earn with blog ?

I readed a lot off threads allready.. So my question is, if i start blog and write like 4 articles per week and i keep doing this 2 years... How much can i earn from in future lets say in 1 year from start ? I know everything must be perfect to reach the goal from seo to backlinks... I'm planing to start informative blog, where i would put later adsense.

depends on....

NICHE.... some niches (finance-related like bankings, crypto, loans, investments, etc... also health niche, web hosting, business niche, technology niche, etc) are worth more than others (balloon inflating, gardening, pets, celebrity news, etc)

KEYWORDS you target with your articles.... if you target keywords without buying intent you can write pulitzer-winning articles until your fingers bleed and you won't make a dime. On the other hand, if you target keywords like "top 10 [whatever]" or "best [whatever]" or "[whatever] review" or "how do I [whatever]" or "what is the best [whatever]" (you get the idea) you can make money even with 10 visitors a day. But obviously that whoever is in the SEO game knows about these tricks so the competition is usually harder for such keywords than it is for purely informative keywords so you'll either have to be smarter than your competition, work harder than your competition, have more money than your competition, or any combination of these 3 important elements. Otherwise, you should not even approach SEO and making money online

SEARCH VOLUME of the keywords you are targeting.... obviously that if your articles target keywords with high search volume - especially if they are "money" keywords (see point #2 above) - you are going to make more money than if your articles target keywords with low search volume. Sometimes, strength IS in numbers...

MONETIZATION METHOD... sometimes, the most obvious choice is not the most rewarding, too. I am talking here about Adsense which is an incredible magnet for newbies (it's been for me too 10 years ago when I made money with Adsense), but.... seeing how much crooked google is becoming each day and how newbies can't earn even 10% of what the sharks are making with Adsense this might not be the best option for you at the moment (since I assume you are a newbie). That's why, choosing the right monetization method (ebooks, services, CPA, content locking, ads, etc.) might be much better than Adsense.

And there might be other factors, too, but I can't think of them at the moment. But in general, if you only focus on these 4 important things you can probably (still) make good money with blogging. How much exactly you will make I can't say (no one can answer this without knowing all of the details), but you will make enough to put food on the table.

Conclusion: how much money you will make with blogging depends on A LOT of things and it's not an exact answer. You just need to start somewhere and then scale things up as resources permit until you reach your desired goal.

The problem is because i don't know where to start..what niche to choose lol Or just go with brod niche and try to target low competition keywords.

Create a plan and start a journey thread so that you dont get lost and stay focused on your journey and as far as the earning part goes we dont know the sort of efforts you are going to put in so best bet is to start

I'm blogging for 2 years, earned like 30 dollars.

My friend blogging for 2 years, earned more than 5k dollars.

And we were in the same sector.

For Adsense, my peak earnings off ONE wordpress blog targeting a mid-level competitive niche is over $2000 a month
I am sure I could have made a lot more money if I had a mailing list
I sold that blog for $25,000 a few years back

Found their easier to rank keywords and FOCUSED my site on those

When I started building pages targeting more competitive keywords, the SITE AUTHORITY I've built up dominating lower difficulty keywords HELPED A LOT.

NOTE 2: You need the RIGHT SEO TOOLS to do this. You also need a SOLID strategy that is tailored to your NICHE. Every niche is different.

This is hard to do randomly. Otherwise, you'll join the 99% of other bloggers out there and make very little money... if at all.

Depends on niche, age of blog, quality of content, and number of blog posts
