It depends if it is targeted or not. If u are serious about making some $ you definitely need more than one account.

We should think to a lot of factors to tell this, like how much work is involved , how much you want to risk, etc...

..maybe you could sell them some ebooks on how to play better, how to have an advantage over their opponents, anything that would help them win...

If You can monetize them Cleverly and Perfectly, they will be your regular cash machine.
But you will have to work hard for Money initially..
