Ok so I recently bought this site off flippa, previous owner showed me he made $200 the first week it was up through marketing on various forums, I know it could be profitable with the right seo work and marketing but I'm no pro lol
I sell minisites/ebooks/covers but so far havent made a dime since I have hardly done any seo....maybe have 20,000 backlinks, bought some non targeted traffic a while ago, made a facebook page and app as well for Sh*ts and giggles (gotten 40 views in the past 12 hours though from the app lol)
have ad words campaign and facebook campaign running atm....

any pro flippers let me know what you think of this site and how much you think you could get out of it! or if you think i should keep it and do more seo work let me know =)

My site

Thanks for your help =)

Service sites do not tend to sell for a good price on Flippa, well do you have a designer to make the minisites? If so, would be worth a try.
Nobody can tell you how much a site can be sold on Flippa, it depends on your sales page, title, and the methods you use to attract visitors to it.

Alexa can be sold for 100,000 USD, and it can be sold for 300,000 USD if they used a better technique, there are many small stuff that you need to consider, well I suppose you are new, so what you have to do is search for Flipping blogs, and a forum that you can find useful information, success stories, and tips from other members, don't be scared to register and ask even the simplest question.

Service site is great if you can handle over the service provider.

If you able to push some traffic to ensure that it is hand free and hassle free, then you can fetch a higher price.

Yes, if you just own the site, and get costumers, and someone does the work for you, that's good, sites sell at a normal price, but if YOU have to do the work, it would be much harder to sell it for a good price

Yeah its all completely outsourced so there is little work to be done, I am now on page 5 and 2 for my main keywords, and will be doing more seo work soon to boost me up to page 1 =) and hopefully spot #1

If I could do that life would be good haha but Im just not sure if I should keep doing SEO work or flip it how it is now?
