I registered a site on the money making niche 5 months ago and managed to rank it for many highly relevant keywords. It's receiving a lot of targeted visitors and I plan to release a product soon, so the actual page is just grabbing emails. Right now I have over 20k emails of people who signed up on my website to discover how to make money online.

The thing is, I would like to know how much I can sell it for along with the emails, I don't know exactly how many visitors it's receiving but I'm pretty sure it's over 1k unique visitors/day.

SEMRush says the traffic is worth $31k.

I had 3 people working full time on SEO and the majority of backlinks come from Article Marketing. I would like to add that the domain is not from USA/UK/or any other English speaking country.

Any comments will be appreciated.

The domain is .com private registered and currently has PR2, but I'm sure it will go up on the next update.

A website is worth 3 times its yearly revenue.

If it makes no money its worthless.

Traffic numbers are totally not relevant. It will most likely be un targeted gunk visitors that no one wants.

Don't use tools to value sites, they are all shit.

I don't think so, a website's potential can certainly be useful. I've invested a significant amount of money on it and it will certainly make over $10k/monthly as soon as it's launched.

Are you an idiot? I said the website is ranked 1# for dozens of highly relevant terms. Think of "how to make money", "how to make money online", "how to make money on the internet", keywords like these but on a different language.

10 k a month and you want to sell :D

A sites potential value and its actual value are miles apart.

When someone sells a company they don't say "it will make a million a year give me half a million for it" they want to see figures, thus, right now, your site is worthless.

You want to sell it with the email? Where is the proof these are even real emails and not made by you? If you did something with the emails that made money then you might entince someone to buy it.

Trouble is, with such short history it is open to fraud, so anyone who buys it is taking a risk.

What you think it is worth and what it is really worth will be poles apart.

Monetise it in a way that shows it is making real money, and stable money monthly and you might find a buyer. I wouldn't buy a site unless it had some good history. Too many people are selling junk ass shit these days.

Want to buy some sites?

I will sell you every single site I currently have on the books for 2x yearly revenue.

I don't know where people get these crazy ideas, but sites definitely do NOT sell for 3x revenue as standard.

@ OP - launch the site, make $10k a month, then sell it.

What is You Alexa rank,PR and how much time do You invest in this site?I think will be a difficult sell...

Really? 3 times its annual revenue? I don't think I've ever paid more than twice its annual revenue, but its more often closer to 1 year's worth of revenue.

If anyone wants to buy a site, he will first look at its monthly revenue. Traffic and ranking are secondary factors to estimate price of a site.

Why dont you slap some adsense and cpa offers on it to see its monthly revenue? Then you can sell it on flippa for 10x however much it made in that month

I have a dating domain that was registered in 2007 so it is pretty aged but it does not have a lot of content only an article about dating it is a wordpress site with a wp theme how do you suggest I go about selling it and what should be my asking price?

Yeah, why don't you do that. Can you update us on this...we are Enquiring Minds:p

I advice you to install google analytics code on your website because people will not buy without it

..... This.

No one will consider the site with a guestimate of 1,000 (maybe) unique visitors. This is a number you need to have available, without it serious buyers will just skip past your site.

Anticipate roughly 10-12x monthly revenue for the site when selling.
