How much can i earn by single Micro Niche Site

Hi BHW experts,

I'm planning to create Micro Niche Sites. Initially going to create 2 Micro Niche Sites.

I have bought 2 Main keywords( very low competition ). I checked the keyword competition in keywordrevealer is showing 23 and i checked top 10 results they have only low metrics.

1 keyword having 1000 US searches and $1 CPC. 5 LSI keywords with 200+ US searches each.
2nd keyword having 1900 US searches and $3 CPC. 5 LSI keywords with 300+ US searches each.

As many of them said going to create niche site with 5 Articles each.



Questions.
1. How much can i earn per month after getting top?
2. How many times should i use the main keyword and LSI keywords in each article?
3. How long will it take to get top ranking?
4. I believe that site will get top in 8 weeks without doing much SEO. Because the keywords are very low competition.


If any of them having experience in Micro Niche Sites and Earning just give me your answer and suggestion.

To answer your questions,
1. Depends on the number of searches per month. If you happen to rank 1st for that keyword then you can expect atleast 70% of the search traffic. For example if your KW has 10000 searches/month, then you can get atleast 7k clicks to your site. Now assuming a modest 5% CTR then you should be able to convert atleast 350 leads into sales. Rest you can calculate depending on your commission.

2. Don't give that any thoughts initially. Try and put up your best content. Everything is fine if it sounds natural.

Some months my microsites can each make $1000. Some months they make $0. They can be pretty volatile. I have about two dozen of them and the average performance I get is about $5k per month across all of them.

Depends on the niche... measure what the page 1 results are doing and be competitive with that

Top ranking or not took each of my microsites about 10 months to start producing organic revenue.

I've seen that happen before... its not uncommon, but it is harder than it looks.
