Let's say I have a 500k followers page with 10% engagement rate. Can I get over 25000 buyers for my product?

that's an insane valuation page number doesn't matter if you're not promoting the right stuff to your audience.

I've found with my own pages that I also get around 10% engagement, and around 10% of those will click through. If you're in e-commerce, the purchase rate will be even lower. So, a more realistic figure might be 2,500 buyers.

2500 buyers seems standard, I think maximizing on those buyers is the real question.

Depends on the product. I would say maybe 1% up to max 5% will engage with the product.

Yea 2500 seems more realistic unless you have a product that’s rare or hard to get
