How much money does it take to do a good one? Any easy to use starter guides that explain how to do it?

I figure either it could possibly help me boost ranking or at least give me a valuable thing to learn since I know a bit about SEO anyway

Really depends on how big/powerful you'd like your pbn to be
ball park being around $20-$50/pbn site

if you want a good pbn i'd say $100 per site at least

Wordpress is fine. Mixing it up is never a bad idea either, just try not to make them all exactly the same (same theme etc...).

Just make it like a real site

Yes huge number of SEO site designers using various attractive templates in wordpress. If you pay more bucks you would get good PBN. Everything would be based on the price you are paying even for ranking. You try to use only wordpress once you started don't mingle with another to make superb. It wouldn't get your expectation.

You can pay 10$, the reg price if on a budget, but you have to write all the content.
A WP site won't take longer than 2 hours to make it unique and real.

Only 10$ enough? Would pay atleast 100$ for a site.
