Hello,

if we are going to make a lot of back links we will get band from google.

but the good question how much back links delay is safe ?

or how to measures the best number of backlinks for a website

The problem is if you submitting backlinks with the same anchor text repeatedly.

If you submitting your backlinks with some variation, for example:
anchortext
anchortext service
free anchortext services
anchor text list 2016
get do-follow anchortext
anchortext.com
anchor text
http://anchortext.com/

With that variation above and the "anchortext" is the primary keyword, then it should be no problem.
 
I dont think there is a limit to the amout of BLs, however you do have to be careful how long you take to create them.
e.g dont create 100 BLs in one day, drip feed them and build them slowly

It's not formula. No one aware of it mostly.
 
No limits have been set up for Google back links you simply need to maintain quality back links but Don’t try to do all your link building at once it should be an organic process.
 
You can build as many as you can but make sure they are built in a proper way. G will only take evasive action if you build all links at a time and from spammy domains.

Focus on getting quality links rather than going after a fixed number. Build backlinks till you achieve the desired results and keep doing the same to stay at the top position.
 
Depends on the quality of the backlinks if you can make 100 quality backlinks in one day it's not a problem. But you must be really careful and always check search console and use the disavow tool if you have spammy backlinks.

It actually depends.
For new site, you cant build 100s of links in a day, there is no exact regulations but there are some rules by Google.Anything built artificially will be marked as SPAM by Google.
You got only two ways 1)Build it naturally or 2)Make it look natural.

You can build 3-10 per day. As a reminder, it's not about the quantity but it's about the quality of a backlink.
 
The safest way to proceed is to not build any backlinks at all. The moment you start building, you should be ready for the risks.
