there is no limits of post you can publish on your site but you have to care on quality,
 
I publish around 1000 articles per day on each of my blogs and it works very well. The most important thing is to make very good quality articles. if you use artificial intelligence like me I advise you to give a human working basis to the artificial intelligence, do not let the AI do everything

How much traffic can you generate per month in visitors?
 
Couple of Quality posts a day better rather than Quantity. Consistency is the key in SEO. So publish 1 or 2 quality posts a day, will do the magic.
 
Quality > Quantity. Once you can pump out quality, go for it. Not some AI garbage though.
