wow I'm seeing big numbers, this is making me motivated. If I even make 100 a day, I think I would be very happy.

Was making the big $0 until this month now I am at $30 a day with 1 network..... I guess just gotta put in more work and sign up for more networks.

Spread over 8 networks, we average (team of 3) 16K a day with some highs at 22K and lows at 7K.
Depends on longevity of offers. Mostly WH to stay safe.
TIP stay close to your Affiliate Managers and keep them informed. They like to know what you're doing (or at least think)

Direct track has the blacklist feature, so other networks that use it will know, but if you are working with a company with another tracking system it should stay within that. They could cross reference all their banned accounts with other networks i guess. You gotta accept your risks with the high roi of bh traffic.

i have an account with clickbooth and want to do some cpa stuff. i had done it earlier but i stopped because the advertiser shaved my leads(they paid only the first two days and then shaved all my leads0
