There are many tool on the internet that calculates the domain prices and even web worth.

The prices will depend upon a buyer, how much is he willing to pay. Usually they don't worth much unless they make money

I wouldn't imagine much tbh! As mentioned already value is in the eye of the beholder.. so what someone is willing to pay really.
