How much are targeted emails worth?

Sorry, email marketing section is down, unsure of where to post this.

I am curious as to how much targeted email lists are worth.

I can easily get thousands of real targeted lists for pretty much any niche, & I want to advertise & sell it to companies.

Any thoughts?

That completely depends. Targeted location? What niche?

You're going to get a lot more per lead in "Real Estate" than you would selling leads from people who signed up for free dog food coupons or w/e.

Why don't you sell to the list yourself? As in market products to the lists at your disposal.

True, I was thinking of joining more affiliate programs to different niches & marketing them. But Im not sure how to market to thousands of emails without having to pay alot of money. Like constant contact charges depending on how many email contacts you have
