How much are pub rights blocked pages worth?

Got a 100k one, wondering what the going rate is

Does any one know the method to have them unblocked?

I see even kids trying to buy them LOL!!

Well I think when they're blocked, you can still send updates (NOT status updates, but the ones that show up in the inbox) and that you can still edit the page, play with the discussion board, etc. So if I'm correct, they do still have SOME value, Shouldn't it be worth AT LEAST $250? Just my thought.
