I need a couple proxies for my reddit accounts. Mostly to bypass bans on subreddits. The cost for unlimited is unreasonable for me and I have no experience with using proxies in general. How much traffic will be consumed on average if I use a browser to use reddit through proxies?

How much traffic consumed while utilizing a program to get to Reddit through intermediaries can fluctuate contingent upon various elements.

Intermediaries go about as delegates between the client's gadget and the site being gotten to, rerouting the traffic through their servers.

In my opinion it depends on the content like Browsing Reddit with a proxy typically uses about 10 to 50 MB per hour. Totally data consumption increases due to heavy posts like images and videos.

5G bandwidth is enough for you to use reddit for a month on mobile phone.

Yes it depends on images, if you use an adblock plugin to block images you can use a lot less. Then each page might be less than 1mb

Turn off autoplay videos on reddit, then it won't be much.

The amount of traffic consumed when using a browser to access Reddit through proxies will vary depending on a number of factors, including:

The number of subreddits you visit
The number of posts and comments you view
The size of the images and videos you view
The frequency with which you refresh the page
As a general estimate, you can expect to consume around 1-2 MB of traffic per hour of browsing Reddit. This includes the traffic required to load the Reddit homepage, subreddits, posts, comments, and any images or videos.

If you are only using proxies to bypass bans on specific subreddits, you may consume less traffic, as you will not be browsing the entire site. However, if you are actively participating in discussions and viewing a lot of content, your traffic consumption will be higher.

To give you a more accurate estimate, I would recommend monitoring your traffic usage while browsing Reddit with and without proxies. This will help you determine how much additional traffic is being consumed by the proxies.
