How much and how to charge for a shoutout

I got around 3k followers, and low engagement(no tags around 100like for picture within 24hours)
How much should I charge? and how?
Should I use paypal?

Never had someone willing to buy a shoutout from a 3k acc with 100 likes per pic OP.
Wait at least till you reach 10k and make sure your engagement is higher, then you can think about selling shoutouts.
Regarding the price, if the buyer is crazy enough try with 10$ max.

Depends where you met that person. If you trust him, accept paypal from him. Otherwise insist on getting bitcoin.

To accept payment we have to tell that person our paypal email id???first they make payment or we have to perform shoutout first??

I have a facebook fanpage with over 300k, all top countries, never charge more than 30$ per link, so I guess for you, 5 is the most u can ask right now.
