Instadominate is the only bot in the market last time I heard.

There are different ways to monetize your followers. Just think about this...they are ultra targeted visitors looking to go to whatever it is that you show them. Again, targeted, so whatever you send them to, make sure they will have an interest in it. Depending on the software you use (I use Instadominate), you can target hashtags and then just do it in volume.

Try mobile CPA networks, they have many mobile optimized offers which converts pretty well.
Also you can sell your account on ebay or elsewhere and get some money to reinvest to bot + some proxies + some accounts and scale things up.

My approach is (haven't tried it yet):
1) Create a local based mailing list using insta
2) Create a local website with your contact details.
3) Start sending your subscribers to local businesses, but suggest them (subscribers) to ask about a 10% discount and tell them to mention your site.
4) Encourage your subscribers to like and share your fanpage, etc.
When enough clients will mention your site, the biz owners will start calling you. You can then feature their businesses for monthly payments.
