Hi,
I've website which operate as free file sharing. User upload and download files nothing special.
On my site is possible buy premium account but there is little interest. This is normal because nobody likes to pay.
I work with Adsense for years and it give me nice profit. But last year google change model from cpc to cpm and everything fuck*p + got ban after 5 years.
I run pop ads, form multiple popular ad-networks but income are not enough to keep servers online.
I have over 10M page views in month but 80% traffic is from south asia, So poor tier for native ads.

Do you have any ideas how to monetize it?

How about selling sponsored ads or post on the front page. Surprised how many people will pay for ads on front page.

I think about it but I don't think it will be stable income. I'll try if there are no other ideas

Try Ad Networks Like AdMaven or PropellerAds: These networks tend to do well with lower-tier traffic, and their ad formats (like popunders or push notifications) can be a good fit for your site.

Since a significant portion of your traffic comes from South Asia, research ad networks or campaigns that specifically target that market, which could offer better rates for local audiences

Hey, you have a ton of traffic so you can try a mix of approaches. First, consider refining your freemium model. Offer clear premium benefits like faster downloads or additional features that might convert even a small percentage of users. Next, look into ad networks that perform better in South Asia; sometimes local or specialized networks deliver higher CPMs than global ones. You might also explore affiliate marketing deals that match your niche or even direct sponsorships if your community is strong enough. Diversifying your revenue streams could help turn that 10M pageviews into more consistent income.
