How?
First, I can only hit that number when writing purely creative work like NOVELS or 'contemplative' essays or political commentary
Second, I work with outlines so I don't waste time waiting for 'ideas to come to me'
Third, I've been writing for others for pay since 2000 or so. I guess I know a thing or two about working more efficiently and milking insights for every ounce of value they have

It totally depends on you , u should not concentrate on quantity of the content , but you should write quality content whether it is 3k words or 4k words

I've said before on threads, it depends on several factors such as the style of content. Is it a blog write up or a product review?
Does it need deep research or are you knowledgeable to write off the fly and tidy up when proof reading?
Is it a topic you enjoy, have experience in and can easily write about?

2500 words is a good number for the beginning.
Yeah, if you will increase the number on a continuous basis, that will be better.
I write 5000 words daily and still I am trying to increase this number.

You can always get it on warez and test it, but why bother when Google docs does the same job these days...(open a doc, select "voice typing" from tools and give it a go. Works nicely without even a fancy mic)

the most i have written is less than a thousand. i think it depends on how much time and effort you are willing to put towards it. some people use voice to text softwares which speed up the process. some people have a flow and some struggle with it. for me i cannot write much as of now and i am hoping to improve

7-10k, but I don't think it's good idea to write it every day. It's better less, but quality.

With dragon natural speaking you can reach 10k easily if you really get into it, obviously editing will most likely make it shorter at first, although if you develop sentences more it can even be longer!
