Let's say I have a big team and we can produce 50 high quality engaging 8-15 minutes videos a day
I don't want to upload 50 videos on 5-10 or even 25 channels. because I myself almost never subscribe to a channel that uploads more than 1 video a day.
So I want to make 50 channels in multiple niches.

Questions:
1. can I create and manage these channels with 1 ip?
2. If the answer to the first question is yes, does youtube punish this kind of channel? (like reduce suggestions, ...)
3. If the answer to the first question is no, should I buy 1 dedicated proxy per account or I can get away with 1 proxy / 5 accounts or something like that?
4. Can I connect all accounts to 1 adsense (and should I?) ?

If you have such a big team , assign one IP to each team member and ask him to upload on one specific channel with that.

what do you mean by "assign one IP"?

If channels are all white hat then I don't really see a problem with using one IP for all. There are many people who do that. Whole organizations that manage dozens of channels.

You should have no issues using the same IP/browser/account/adsense.

The only reason why you might want to consider splitting them is if one of them were to get terminated due to copyrights or something similar, it might chain ban the rest. Their policy says that once you get terminated, you are not allowed to own or manage any other channels. Although I've rarely seen them actually act on it.

1-Yes you can create but will be need extra phone verify
2- yes can be...
3- my best suggest use portable browser for that for clean channel
1 channel=1 ip =1 cookie
4- Yes but ı don't recommend because if your adsense get ban it's big loss, so ı think best way mine one for one method :)

Even if they are all whitehat YouTube channels, it is too risky to connect them to one Adsense account.

whitehat ?
There is no problem with this. I have 4 channels from 1 computer / 1 IP = 1 Adsense account payment .
Every channel makes me $30-$40 per month.

How many accounts and channels do a creative agency of 50 people managing 500 clients access from their single office IP?

If you do a normal business, "1 IP = 1 Channel" is complete bullshit.

It's not, I mean look at Mr.Beast. He have more then 15 channels probably connected to the same adsense.

So if you mean one ip is ok for multiple channel and multiple AdSense accounts?

Too many. You should consider joining a MCN if you don't want to get flagged.

In general, when working with accounts on scale and using datacenter or residential proxies, the safest approach is always to have 1 dedicated IP per account. With 4G proxies you can usually use a few more per IP/proxy.

Having 50 channels on one IP is not a good idea. It will give the indication of spam to YouTube. You should use proxies for managing these many channels.
